Congratulations to Burbank resident, Adam Ostegard, for entering
and winning the 2007 Design Contest with his entry, "Free Dog Wash", which
will represent the City of Burbank's 75th entry (72nd float) in the
annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1, 2007.

| Our Good Natured young lad has decided to clean up the
neighborhood by offering Free Dog Washes. After finishing with a poodle,
who is very pleased with her new look, our boy turns to a neighborhood
mutt. Behind the tree a future customer plays in the mud one
last time before his turn. The image on the right is our second
