The Burbank Tournament of Roses
Association is pleased to present their 1997 entry, "Gone Fishin'."
Based on the Rose Parade Theme of "Life's Shining Moments,"
our float depicts a young lad and his best friend enjoying their
favorite pasttime, fishin'. Our entry is designed by local computer
programmer, Alicia Steinhaus, artistry by Noel Hobson, local freelance
artist. To the left is the original sketch that was selected from
over one hundred entries.
